Privacy policy

MTF Studios is run by More than Fashion LLC (“we”, “us”). This page explains what we collect when you visit shopmtf.com, buy from us, join our members list or leave a review, and what we do with it. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Orders. Checkout happens on Square’s secure payment page. Square collects your payment details, name, email and shipping address; we receive what we need to ship and support your order. We never see or store your full card number. If you pay with Afterpay, Afterpay’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
- Members list. If you join, we store your email address, the date and which form you used. Once our email service is live, your address is also kept there and you’ll be asked to confirm before we send anything.
- Reviews. If you leave a review, we store your first name, star rating, review text and the item it’s for. Approved reviews are shown on the site with your first name.
- Google Customer Reviews. After an order you can choose to enter your email so Google can send you a short survey. That is handled by Google under Google’s privacy policy.
- Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use cookies or build a profile of you. Our sign-up form briefly checks your IP address (for one minute) to stop spam.
- Messages. Anything you send us by email or Instagram message.
How we use it
- To ship orders, handle returns and answer questions.
- To send member emails you signed up for — every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To show reviews and prevent spam or fraud, and to meet tax and legal requirements.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising across other sites. We share it only with the services that run the shop for us — Square and Afterpay (payments), UPS (shipping), Cloudflare (hosting), our email service, and Google (only if you opt into its survey) — or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for returns, taxes and accounting. Members-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from member emails at any time. Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights — we’ll honour them the same way.
Children
Our shop isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
